About the Role:
OSO Communications Inc is looking for an experienced Field Supervisor to join our growing team in Albuquerque, NM! Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily field operations and crew activities
- Supervise, train, and mentor field technicians to ensure quality workmanship
- Conduct site inspections and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
- Enforce safety protocols, compliance standards, and company policies on all job sites
- Serve as the primary point of contact between field crews and management
- Troubleshoot field issues and provide hands-on support as needed
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, crew performance, and project progress
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a field supervisor or crew lead role, preferably in communications or a related industry
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications, cabling, or related field operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, or work orders
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong understanding of job site safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments
