Oso Communications Inc. is seeking experienced Leader FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) Installation Technicians to join our growing team!

Position Details
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- Full-Time Work Available
- Pay: $1,200–$2,000+ per week (based on production)
- Consistent workload
- Weekly pay
Requirements
- Experience installing FTTH services
- Reliable truck or work van
- Fiber splicer/fusion splicer, preferred
- Ladders and all tools required to complete installations
- Ability to troubleshoot and activate fiber services
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Self-motivated, dependable, and safety-focused
Responsibilities
- Install fiber services from the terminal to residential homes
- Complete inside and outside installations
- Splice, test, and activate fiber services
- Ensure clean, professional installations
