FIELD SUPERVISOR — FIBER INSTALLATION & HDD
Oso Communications Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee fiber construction operations and supervise HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) crews. Aerial experience is preferred.
Qualifications

Must understand construction prints/maps, locates, safety requirements, and production tracking
Strong leadership and communication skills required
Experience managing fiber installation and directional drilling crews
Ability to maintain quality control and ensure production goals are met
Supervise field crews and daily operations
Coordinate production and job site activities
Ensure safety compliance and quality workmanship
Communicate with management, inspectors, and contractors
Maintain project timelines and workflow efficiency
