We are seeking an experienced and reliable Directional Drill Operator to join our growing team in New Mexico. If you have a strong background in horizontal directional drilling (HDD) and take pride in safety, precision, and teamwork, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain horizontal directional drilling equipment
- Read and interpret bore plans and utility locates
- Monitor drilling fluid systems and ensure proper mixing and flow
- Safely navigate drill heads to meet project specifications
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Work closely with crew members to complete projects efficiently
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Directional Drill Operator
- Knowledge of HDD systems, tooling, and tracking equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and bore profiles
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and OSHA standards
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather and terrain conditions
