OSP Supervisor – Fiber Construction

About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on OSP Supervisor to help lead fiber construction crews in the field.
Whether you already have experience or are looking to grow into a leadership role, this is an opportunity to build real-world skills in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
You’ll help keep jobs moving, ensure safety, and support crews in delivering quality work — and we’ll provide training to help you succeed and grow.
What You’ll Do
- Help supervise drilling, fiber placement, and restoration work
- Set daily goals and help track production progress
- Assist with verifying locates, depths, bore logs, and job quality
- Work alongside inspectors, utilities, and city teams
- Support crews by solving problems and keeping work on track
- Take photos, complete reports, and provide daily updates
- Promote safety and hold crews to high standards
What You Need
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to lead or step into a leadership role
- Comfortable working outdoors in a field environment
- Good communication and organization skills
No prior OSP experience? No problem — if you’re motivated and ready to learn, we’ll train you.
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Any construction or utility experience
- HDD (directional drilling) exposure
- Familiarity with locates or job site safety
- OSHA certification (or willingness to get it — we can help)
