OSP Supervisor – Las Cruces
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands‑on OSP Supervisor to lead our drill crew and keep daily field operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants steady work, leadership experience, and real growth in the fiber‑optic construction industry.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise a drill team and keep daily production on track
- Make sure TCP (Traffic Control Plans) are set up correctly each day
- Report all production and job progress to project management
- Oversee underground work like boring, trenching, and cable placement
- Keep crews working safely and following all standards
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers
- Help train new team members and build a strong field crew
What You Can Bring
- Experience in OSP, construction, utilities, or telecom is a plus
- Some leadership or crew‑lead experience preferred
- Ability to read maps, prints, and basic construction drawings
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and managing multiple sites
